Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after they're placed. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates
We currently ship within the United States. Standard and Express options, with their prices, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and the shipping option you choose. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, email us at mayidraynier@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but email us right away and we'll try to update it before it ships.
